Doug Sayer, President and Founder of Premier Technology Recognized

Delta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, the professional business fraternity at Idaho State University named Douglas A. Sayer the 50th anniversary honoree “Idaho Business Leader of the Year”. The award annually recognizes an Idaho business leader who has demonstrated outstanding business and professional ethics while contributing significant support to worthwhile community, civic and educational activities. Awarded by ISU College of Business students since 1959, previous honorees have included a congressman-elect, former governors, entrepreneurs and leaders of some of Idaho’s largest companies.


Sayer was also recently recognized as “The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year” for the Idaho-Utah Region. He was among three finalists in the contract services category. The Ernst & Young award is lauded as one of the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. The award celebrates visionary people who have committed their lives to pursuing new ideas. Ernst & Young believe that the innovations of these entrepreneurs will fuel the global recovery.
